- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour and bajra flour.add grated dudhi,all dry masala, sugar,garam masala, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, coriander leaves,curd,oil and ginger chilli paste, garlic paste,salt.mix it properly.as needed add little bit water and bind semi soft dough.cover and rest for 10 mnt..
