- Prepare 2 tbsp of butter.
- It's 1 of olive or vegetable oil for frying.

- remove vegetables from oil and let drain on paper towels..
- add steak to the oil and fry to desired fineness. top with butter.
- top with veggies and sauce from pan. serve over brown rice. enjoy!.
