- It's 2 of Onions.
- Prepare of Garlic.
- Prepare of Dania.
- It's of Liver.
- You need of Sukuma.

Ugali beef and sukuma instructions
- Put sufuria in a jiko with water let it boil..add flour and stir to make ugali.
- Add onions in cooking pan let them cook till golden brown add tomatoes and garlic..
- After the tomatoes have cooked add liver let it cook with medium heat. dont let over cook.add salt to taste.
- In another sufuria,add cooking oil and onions after they have cooked add kales tomatoes and Dania on top cover with lid then let it simmer for 5 minutes..
- Serve when hot.
