- Take a clear bowl, add eggs in it and beat till fluffy..
- Now add sugar and vanilla essence and beat again till double in size and pale in colour..
- Sift flour in the eggs and sugar mixture and fold with light hands..
- Pour one drop of each colour and give a one light stir..
- Pour batter in swiss roll tin and bake at 200° for 6-7 minutes. (Dont over bake).
- After baking let it cool. While cooling whip whipping cream..
- After cooling completely spread whipped cream all over the swiss roll then fold carefully..
