- Now isme curd bhi daal denge.and thodha thodha water dalte huye smooth lumps free batter bana lenge jo na toh jyada thin ho na hi jyada thick ho..
- Now isme ek pinch baking soda add krenge and 20 minutes rest ke liye rekh denge..
- Now ek another bowl lenge aurr usme boil mash potato dalenge. Ab usme red chilli powder,salt,green chilli and ginger dal kar nicely mix kar lenge..
- Ab is mixture se choti choti ball bana kar rekh lenge..
- Now ek wok lenge aurr usme oil dal kar gas per low medium flame per rekh denge.jab oil heat ho jayega tab ham us mixture ball ko besan ke batter main dip kar ke wok main dal denge.4 or 5 balls hi ek baar main dalenge..
