- You need 1 cup of semolina.
- You need Half of cup brown sugar.
- It's of Nuts optional.
- It's Half of cup desi ghee.
- It's 2 cup of water double of semolina.
- It's 1 cup of warm milk.
Check the taste and add more sugar if. The only qualms I have with the halwa sold in store is that, it is made with oil and slightly bouncy in texture. - Just follow this way to have so yumm halwa.first melt desi ghee and roast semolina at very low flame until it becomes aromatic.it will take 5 to 7 minutes.
- Now add water and keep stirring.when it start soaking water add milk and keep cooking at low flame until or absorb all milk..
- Now add sugar and it will become again watery with sugar melted.cook until it thickened.just when it becomes thick dough like mixture add nuts and serve so delicious dessert.stay safe stay healthy and happy.
