- Prepare 200 gm of white peas.

Misal pav instructions
- Boiled the white peas with added of salt and water for 20 min.
- After that add oil in a kadai add cumin seed, mustard, fenugreek crackle of seed add curry leaves 1 red sabut chilli, After that add 2 chopped onion or paste of onion, green chilli, gingergarlic paste stir it.
- Then add turmeri powder, red chilli powder,dry coconut power and Misal masala tomato chopped mix it well.
- Cook till oil get separated from the masala after that add boiled white peas tamarind water, extra water for making curry and required salt cooked for 10 min in medium flame then check the consitency of misal curry it's totally depend upon on you how thick curry you want.
- Then again do tempering for good taste heat the oil in a pan add few mustard seed, few cumin seed and curry leaves and hing after crackle of seed then pour it in misal (optional).
- After misal is ready garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with mixfarsan, lemon, chopped onion and pav, bread.
