- You need 1 of onion.
- You need 4 of colored peppers (small).
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of flour.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of coconut oil.
- You need of ☆to taste salt.

- It's of ☆1/4 tsp soy-sauce.
- Prepare of ☆1/4 tsp sesame oil.
Beef Strips, Pepper Steak instructions
- Marinade ★ all the ingredients together into a Ziploc bag and keep in the fridge for few hours..
- Chop onion and bell peppers into bite size pieces. (By the way, red & green peppers are from my garden!).
- Take out beef strips from Ziploc bag, add flour and mix. (I'm using whole wheat flour.).
- Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan..
- Add chopped onions and color peppers and fry for about 1-2 minutes..
- Add salt..
- Add black pepper. (I'm using mixed pepper corns.).
- Add beef strips and fry few more minutes..
- Add remaining marinade sauce. (Yes, don't throw it away! You need this.).
- Add a little soy-sauce..
- Add a little sesame oil..
- Turn it off the heat, serve and enjoy!.
