Goat Paya/ Trotters instructions
- Wash trotters carefully..
- Blend onions with yogurt..
- Now take a big pan, add trotters, salt, red chilli powder, Turmeric, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, onion yogurt paste and nutmeg& mace powder. Bhonofy it..
- When trotters bhonofied,then add water and cover with lid. Cook it approximately 2 hrs in a medium flame..
- Check trotters and water in between cooking. If water dry out and trotters are not done then add more water..
- When trotters are fully tender than low the flame..
- In a fry pan pour oil and add onions. When onions become golden brown, immediately pour it into trotters gravy..
- Garnish it with ginger and coriander leaves..
- Serve it hot with naan..
