- Firstly in a bottomed thicked pan, take 1 litre of milk.Bring it into one boil..
- After that in it add green cardamom 4 pcs give a stir now in it add sugar.Until sugar dissolve stir it properly..
- Now add sewai and crushed almond and pista.Stir it again for 1 min.
- Lastly add, custard powder and milk slurry, stir continuously and pour all the slurry so that no lumps occur for 2 mins.
- Garnish it with some pista and almonds. Serve cold and chilled..
