You can have Jollof rice with vegetable sauce using 5 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook it.
Ingredients of Jollof rice with vegetable sauce
- Prepare of Rice.
- Prepare of Goat meat.
- You need of G.nut oil.
- You need of Crayfish, Onion, bell pepper, Gino tomatoes.
- It's to taste of Knorr seasoning and salt.
Pour the vegetable stock into the skillet. Stir, taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly. There is Senegalese jollof rice, Ghana jollof rice, Liberia jollof rice, Nigerian jollof rice to mention a few. Jollof rice is cooked in tomato sauce with spices.

- Set your pot on fire add oil let it heat for a minute the add onion, tomatoes and pepper allow it fry for three minutes then add d meat stock and if not as tasty as you like it then add more seasoning and a pinch of salt then add the crayfish and allow to cook for two minutes then you add your per boiled rice and leave to cook..
Mostly spicy jollof rice because Africans don't play with their peppers and heat however it can be cooked to suit preference. Jollof rice is a classic West African dish. The exact origins of the dish are unknown, but it is common in countries like Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal. Instead of chicken, I used vegetable broth to enhance the flavors of the dish. I also swapped Thai chili peppers instead of Scotch bonnet peppers for spice.
