- brown and drain hamburger.
- mix all ingredients together except shredded cheese and tortilla shells.
- spray pan with non stick spray.
- poor a little of mixture of the bottom of pan.
- then add a layer of tortillas then mixture repeat until ur at the top of the pan and make sure ur last layer is tortilla shella.
- add shredded cheese on top.
- bake for 20-30 mins.
