- Prepare 1 1/2 kg of chicken wings ,or 2 kgs.
- It's 2 cup of tomato sauce.
- It's 1 cup of chilli sauce.
- You need 1/3 cup of honey.
- It's 1 tbsp of dijon mustard.
- It's 2 tbsp of sriracha hot sauce.
- It's 2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- You need 1/2 cup of water.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of dry oregano.
- You need 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger.
- It's 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic.
- It's 1 tbsp of mixed white and black sesame.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of each salt and pepper to taste.
These honey lemon chicken wings were seasoned with salt and then roast for half an hour. Put the lemon juice, garlic and honey in a small bowl and stir until the honey has dissolved. Lemon and honey make such a great pair in terms of flavour and chicken is the perfect meat to go with this blend. If you have the chance to marinate them overnight, by all means do so.

- Mix all ingredients,except wings and sesame seeds ,whisk well ,add to soup pot ,set on medium heat.
- Add chicken wings ,let it cook ,simmer about 1 hour,stir occasionly.
- After 1 hour,transfer to baking tray over parchment paper or foils ,springkel with sesame seeds ,bake about 30(180c ) mins for light brown color ,while still simmering sauce in the pot until thick.
- Dip baked wings into sauce ,serve hot :).
