1. Fry one onion.....add the red and yellow cupcicum.....let them fry well, add salt.....stir let them fry for 1min.
2. Now add pasta water.....wait till it boils then add your pasta....let it cook for about 15mins or untill it's done..........when ready put a side.....to wait for the stew..
3. For the stew.....fry onion + garlic till golden brown.....add potatoes and carrots stir.......add tomatoes, salt and paprika stir.....let them cook well.
4. Now add boiled minced meat and stir well.....let them cook for about 3mins.
5. Now add your boiled peas stir as well.....add a little water for soup if you like.....let it cook with low heat for about 5mins.
6. Now serve with pasta......enjoy!!!.
