- Prepare 1/4 c of flour.
- You need 1 quart of heavy cream(or 8 oz h.c. and 8 oz whole milk).
- It's 1/2 cup of pecorino romano cheese (+ some for topping).
- You need 14 oz of roasted turkey breast.
- You need 4 slice of Texas toast, crusts trimmed*.
- You need 4 slice of crispy bacon.
- You need 2 of roma tomatoes, sliced.
- It's 1 of salt, pepper, & nutmeg to taste.
- Prepare 1 of paprika & parsley to taste.

- In a 2 Qt. saucepan, melt butter and slowly whisk in flour until it forms a thick paste. Continue to cook on med heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently..
- Whisk heavy cream into mixture, bring to simmer for around 2min..
- Remove sauce from heat and slowly whisk in pecorino romano cheese until the Mornay sauce is smooth..
- Add salt, pepper & nutmeg..
