- It's 4 Cups of Tender Coconut Water.
- You need 1 Cup of Tender Coconut Flesh.
- You need 1/2 Cup of Sugar.
- It's 1 tbsp of Agar Agar Powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Fresh Mint Leaves.

- Scrape the Tender Coconut Flesh & cut/slice/design into any- of your choice...post taking out it's waters.
- Take a saucepan and pour in the measured coconut water (strained) & add in the sugar bring to it & the measured Agar Agar powder.
- And, bring it to the boil by continuously stirring it & not allowing any lumps to form until all well incorporated...the mixture starts thickening.
- Put off the gas flame now, pour in the mixture, immediately to any ceramic/terracotta/borosilicate cups/bowls/vessels.
- Garnish with the scraped tender coconut flesh & fresh mint leaves & refrigerate the same for at least, 3-4 hrs time before serving it absolutely CHILLED.
