- Slice the yam in circle,and keep it aside,mix the egg in a bowl with maggi,spices,garlic powder,curry & thyme,then put d oil in a deep frying pan,and put some slice onions,if the onion turn brown,then u be putting d yam inside that bowl that contain egg and cover it with the egg,and then put it inside d pan,make sure the oil cover it,remove it when its turn golden brown..
