- It's 3-4 lb of chuck roast.
- You need 1 envelope of zesty Italian dressing mix.
- It's 1 envelope of ranch dressing mix.
- It's 1 envelope of brown gravy mix.
- You need 2 cups of water.
It turns out perfect every single time. Put the roast in the slow cooker with some cut up potatoes, carrots and onions. Sprinkle the contents of all three envelopes on top - don't worry about being even or equal just throw it on. Super easy to make in the crockpot and everyone LOVES it!
