Sambar(with IDLI) instructions
- Wash and clean the dal..
- Soak it for one hour.
- Then boil it in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes by adding sufficient water,, approximately 3 cups.
- Heat A wok,, Add mustard seeds,, and hing,roast it till done..add zeera to it let it roast till aroma comes out.
- Add Curry leaves to it.
- Now Add chopped onion,,ginger..grated raw turmeric,,chopped green chillies,,saute them for a while.
- Then add sliced carrots and French beans to it.
- Saute them till soft the veggies.
- Add All the MASALA S,,saute them till aroma,,add salt,,and boiled dal to it..
- Add imli pulp and some more water as the consistency needed..
- Add sugar.
- Sambar is ready to serve.add chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with steamed rice,, DOSA,, IDLIS,,Vadas..as you Wish..
