Ingredients of Ridge gourd chutney
- It's 2 cups of ridge gourd chopped,(without removing viens).
- You need 1/2 cup of chopped tomato.
- It's 2 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds.
- Prepare 3-4 of chopped green chillies / red chillies.
- You need 1 cup of chana dal, urad dal.
- You need 1/2 of cumin, sugar, salt, turmarind.
- It's 2 tbsp of oil.

- Fry tomato until mash & add little slice garlic..
- Powder the dal & red chilli. Add gourd, tomato, turmaind, salt, 1/2 spn sugar & garlic blend to smooth paste..
- "In a pan add 1 tblspn oil add red chilli, cumin, curry leaves, hing. Pour this to chutney... (optional)".
