- Wash your tomatoes, pepper,red bell pepper and onions.. Blend it (smooth blend).
- To wash your cat fish clean I use salt and a lot of water or u can also use not so hot water..u add a lot of salt on the fish without putting water the u rub the salt well to get the slimy off the fish u then rinse twice with alot of water.
- Put a clean pot on low heat add 3 full spoon of red oil once its hot slice in small piece of onions stir then add your smooth blend pepper..add your maggi and salt to taste.
- Increase the heat to normal cooking level then add the clean washed fish almost immediately (I do these to allow the pepper enter the fish well and make the bones soft).
