- It's of Fresh Rodo,(Pepper).
- Prepare of Some Fresh Chilli pepper.
- You need of onions.
- You need of Garlic.
- You need of Shallot.
- You need of Red Bell pepper.
- You need of Black pepper.
- Prepare 2 of big tomatoes.
- You need of Vegetable oil.
- It's of Salt and 2 Cubes (seasoning).
- You need of Diced Ginger or Ginger powder.

- Firstly cow legs are tough and don't.cook easily... So.wash properly and cut into big chunks and cook in a pressure pot till almost tender. Now you can season and spice it up with some salt, shallot, onions, garlic, ginger, a pitch of black pepper and one cube of any seasoning of your choice. Cover up and cook till the meat and skin is very tender and can easily come of the bones..
