After boiling drain it..
In another pan add some oil and add the veggies and salt with pepper and seasonings.stir it properly..

In a separate pan heat the butter and add minced garlic cloves and all-purpose flour,mix them properly and add milk stirring continuously till the sauce starts to thicken.Also add salt and black pepper.white sauce is ready..
