- You need 1 medium of onion diced.
- It's 2 clove of of garlic minced.
- You need 1 tbsp of dried oregano.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped fresh basil.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
- It's 1 can of crushed tomatoes 28 oz.
- Prepare 1 can of diced tomatoes 14.5 oz.
- You need 1 of salt & pepper to taste.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley.
- You need 1 lb of box of elbow macaroni.

- Add olive oil and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft and translucent.
- Add garlic and oregano cook for 1 to 2 min.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes.
- Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and add to the sauce. Cook for 1 to 2 min. Then add fresh chopped basil and parsley.
- Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy.
