Ingredients of Spicy Ofe Achi with Assorted Goat Meat
- Prepare 1 kg of Assorted Goat meats.
- It's of Okporoko (stockfish).
- Prepare of Smoked or Dried fish.

Spicy Ofe Achi with Assorted Goat Meat instructions
- Wash and combine the meat and stockfish I one pot and season with garlic, salt, pepper, oinions, and place on fire..
- Cook Meats till tender, then add enough water to cook soup thru, allow to boil..
- Add ogiri, Uyaka and Africa nut meg Spice, crayfish, smoked fish, pepper and remaining oinions stir and cook for 5 mins.
- Add palm oil to the pot, add remaing cube and fresh pepper and cook for 10mins.
- Add grounded achi, stir and adjust the thickness by adding water. (Only if necessary).
- Let the soup simmer on medium heat..
- Lastly add prewinkles and Uziza leaves allow to simmer on low heat for 5mins..
- Achi soup is ready.Put off heat and serve with Pounded yam, Fufu, Semo or wheat..
