- It's 500 ml of milk.
- Prepare 1 cup of Dalia.
- You need 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped dry fruits.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 2 pinch of elaichi powder.
- You need 10 of almonds.

- Boil milk..
- Take frying pan and heat 2 tbsp ghee and add Dalia and Saute it, then add boiled milk and cook for 10 minutes..
- When it cooks well then add sugar, chopped dry fruits and elaichi powder and mix well, then cook well for 5 minutes..
- Now keep it aside for cooling and then freeze for 2 hours (but not deep freeze)..
- Sweet Dalia ready. Garnish with Almonds and serve chilled..
