- Chany ki daal ko 1/2 hr bhigo ky boil krlain.lal mirch,salt,haldi ko 1/2 cup water mein soak krdain.
- Oil garam kar ky slice piyaz ko golden krlain.ginger garlic paste shredded mutton add kar ky fry krain..
- Spice blend ko gosht mi add kar ky masala bhonain achi tarha..
- Jab masala bhun jye tu tamam daalain +dalia add krdain.mix krain.2 cup pani add krdain, medium-high flame py aik boil ajye tu flame medium krdain aur pkny dain.thori thori tym sy spoon chalaty rahain so that neechay na lagy..
- Dalia aur daalain soft hojain tu mixture ko ghotain.(I dnt use blender or beater but if you like you can use it).
