- Break the noddles in half, parboil noodles in water and strain water.
- Deep fry noodles to crispy noodles and keep aside, after cooling can keep in airtight till you want to mix bhhel.
- In a wok pour three tablespoon of oil, keep on flame.
- Braise ginger and garlic then add green chillies and onions toss.
- Add veggies and stirfry (only two minutes) add sauces and salt let it boil once.
- Add crispy noodles and mix well, make sure sauce is covered well on noodles, just for two minutes.
