- It's of Melted butter 100gm for cake and 2tsp for truffle sauce.

- You need 2 gm of Baking powder.
- It's 2 gm of Baking soda.
- It's of Milk 1cup or 1cup water.
- It's 200 ml of Condensed milk.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla essence.
- Prepare 160 gm of Dark or milk chocolate.
- Prepare 65 gm of Cream.

Eggless cake with truffle sauce step by step
- Sieve dry ingredients and put it in a bowl. And mix well..
- Add condensed milk and butter, vanilla essence and mix well. Add milk and whisk for 4-5 times into a thin consistency.
- The batter should be in pour abel consistency as shown in the picture..grease the glass square bowl of borosilicate or any microwave safe mould spread the batter evenly.
- Tap the batter to remove the air bubbles.and microwave for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes take out from oven..
- Chk the cake by using finger, just press the cake.it will again on it positiion, other insert knife or pin, it will be clean, thats it means you r cake is baked perfectly fine and spongy...
- Cover with cloth,and be ready to prepare yummy truffle sauce. Take a chocolate and cream in abowl and microwave for 20 sec take out mix and again 20 sec microwave mix well.
- And butter and mix well. And truffle sauce is ready. Spread evenly the sauce on cake base and decorate with chocolate balls or some sprinkle...I decorate more with heart shape and more balls and chocolate vermicille but forget to take pics.. so please decorate more. Yummy cakee and easy cake...
