Fish mantury instructions
- Cut fish fillet into square, add into a bowl.
- Add ginger garlic paste,salt,soysauce and black pepper.
- Cover it and marinate for 30mins.
- In a small bowl mix flour,salt and corn flour,coat the fish with the flour mix.
- Heat up some oil in a skillet and Fry the coated fish,then keep aside.
- In a pan heat about 2 tbsp oil,add ginger garlic paste,scotch bonnet and seasoning cube,fry for couple of minutes.
- Then add red bell pepper green pepper and Onion, fry for couple of minutes then add the fried fish,stir well and remove from heat.
