Eggless Marble cake step by step

1. In a bowl,sieve  the flour,baking soda and baking powder together atleast twice..
2. Cream the butter and sugar. Add vanilla, milk and mix well..
3. Add the heavy cream and now start adding the flour mixture little at a time and mix the batter well..
4. Now divide the batter.To one portion add the cocoa mixed in hot water and blend well..
5. Now you have both chocolate batter and the vanilla..
6. Swirl both batter in the cake tin to create a marble design using a fork..
7. Bake at 350°F for about 30 mins.
8. For the frosting,cream the butter and sugar with vanilla extract..
9. Microwave the chocolate pieces with milk and beat well to get a glossy chocolate sauce..
10. Pour the chocolate sauce into the butter cream and mix well.Add a pinch of salt too..
