- Cook sausages as per packet instruction and cut them neatly.
- In a non stick sauce pan, saute onion with pepper and salt.(you may add 1tsp oil here). Then add jalapeños and sausages. Mix well.
- Remove from heat as soon as its mixed well and let it cool. Then add lime juice and vinegar n again mix well.
- We serve it as an appetizer or over few glasses of bourbon :D Of course it makes a great snack too..
